Payment 

 

For a booking made directly through the website, if more than 6 weeks before start of the stay-

 

• Deposit of 30% of the rate applicable to duration of the stay is payable at time of booking, and

 

• The balance of rental plus Security Deposit are payable no later than 6 weeks before start of the stay.

 

For a booking made 6 weeks or less before start of the stay, the following are payable at time of booking-

 

• Full amount of rental for duration of the stay, plus

• Security Deposit

 

Security Deposit for any length of stay (refundable subject to Booking Conditions) - £150

 

Payments are subject to the relevant conditions as to payment and the cancellation policy in the Booking Conditions.

Length of Stay

 

We offer the following options:

 

(1)    7 nights commencing on a Saturday at 16:00 hrs.  Check out on the following Saturday at 10:00 hrs; and

 

(2)    for certain low season dates as indicated, either-

 

4 nights commencing on a Tuesday at 16:00 hrs (Check out on the following Saturday at 10:00 hrs), or

 

3 nights commencing on a Saturday at 16:00 (Check out on the following Tuesday at 10:00 hrs).

 

No booking may be made for a period exceeding 28 nights.
